转炉工艺帘线钢的开发

摘要 介绍了第二炼钢厂帘线钢用NLX82A盘条的研制与开发过程。通过转炉终点碳控制、脆性夹杂物Al_2O_3、TiN的控制,改良精炼渣系能有效提高钢水纯净度;优化连铸工艺参数,有效改善帘线钢中心碳偏析。结果表明:帘线钢中夹杂物的控制、铸坯中心偏析、高比率的索氏体金相组织是保证高质量帘线钢盘条的重要因素。NLX82A盘条拉拔性能稳定,完全满足钢帘线用户的使用要求。 This paper introduces the development process of tire cord steel for NLX82A wire rod. The purity of the molten steel was significantly improved through the control of end carbon content and brittle inclusions,such as Al_2O_3 and TiN,and optimizing the refine slag,while the center segregation was effectively alleviated through optimizing the casting parameters. The results showed that the inclusions,center segregation of the blooms and high percentage sorbite metallographic structure are the key factors to guarantee the high quality of the wire rod made of tire cord steel. NLX82A wire rod had shown its stable drawing performance which fully meets the customers' demand.
