样棒存取及管理机器人系统浅析

摘要 精整厂A线探伤工位前期通过人工使用悬臂吊和绳带完成样棒的存取,劳动强度大、工作效率低,并且存在一定的安全隐患。精整厂通过增上A线样棒存取管理机器人系统,提高了设备自动化程度,消除了人工吊运时的安全隐患及对样棒的损伤风险,实现了样棒的智能检索匹配和自动上下料,提升了探伤样棒信息的综合管理水平。 The specimen bars of flaw detection line A in finishing plant were previously handled by jib crane and rope belt,which was labor-intensive,low efficient and risky. The degree of automation has increased,the potential safety hazard during manual handling and the risk of the specimen bars damage have been eliminated after installing the robot system for specimen bar handling and management in flaw detection line A of the finishing plant,the intelligent searching and matching as well as automatic charging and discharging has been achieved,which has improved the comprehensive management level of specimen bars.
