基于1#板坯连铸机升级改造后的普瑞特结晶器专家系统,统计分析上线投用以来的黏结报警情况,重点分析黏结与报警次数、报警模式算法、温度曲线特征。研究结果有望为今后生产操作、技术培训奠定良好的数据支撑和理论基础。

This paper introduces the statistics and analysis on the sticking warnings of Primetals Mold Expert since it was put into operation on Slab Caster No. 1,and focuses on the number of sticking and warnings,warning mode and algorithm and the characteristic of temperature curve. The research results are expected to provide data support and theoretical basis for future operation and technical training.
