摘要 主要讨论了一种具有疏油拒水、自清洁、抗涂鸦功能的粉末涂料的研究与开发。该种新型功能涂料基于一种硅改性丙烯酸树脂,具有憎油、憎水、憎灰尘和自洁性强的性能,它的涂膜对水的接触角度为85~105°,表面光滑,粘附性小,极易清洗,不易被污染。具有自我润滑性能与低摩擦性能,也具有一定的耐擦洗等性能,但是价格比较昂贵。通过控制硅改性丙烯酸树脂的添加量和采用干混工艺等加工方式,可以在降低硅改性丙烯酸树脂用量的同时达到一个比较优良的自清洁效果,大大降低了成本。 The research and development of novel functional powder coatings having water and oil-repellency, self-cleaning and anti-graffiti properties was discussed in this article. These novel powder coatings are based on the novel silicon modified hydroxyl or epoxide terminated acrylic resins which have very low surface tension and good self-cleaning properties. The films of self- cleaning powder coatings have water contact angles of 85-105°, characterized by easy to clean, hard to contaminate, good self-lubricating and scrubbing resistance. By reducing the dosage of the silicon modified acrylic resins in the formulation or by dry blending before or after milling, the cost can be significantly reduced without sacrificing the self-cleaning property.
