摘要
介绍了运输罐的安全技术改进和管理改进方法。技术改进通过采取罐内涂装纳米增强防腐涂料的方法,降低了罐的腐蚀渗漏概率,降低了药剂对环境的污染概率,同时显著地提高了药剂罐的使用年限;管理改进通过完善现有的管理程序,并采用最新的监控技术和管理软件相结合,变静态的表格管理为动态的现场系统管理,提高了药剂罐的使用安全和应用效率。
This paper describes the safety technology and management improvement of the chemical agent tank. Specifically, the nano-enhanced anticorrosive coating is used to coat the inner tank in order to reduce the probability of corrosion and leakage of tank, reduce the pollution probability of chemicals on the environment, and greatly improve the service life of the tank. In addition, through the improvement of the existing management procedures, and the combination of the new monitoring technology and management software in which the static table management is replaced by the dynamic table management, the application safety and efficiency of the tank are improved.
