The editing and publication of academic journals is a whole ＂discourse event＂. Editing discourse is the special field of academic journal editing. The editorial discourse is the ＂the gatekeeper＂ of discourse of academic journals, the ＂participants＂ and the ＂pusher＂ of discourse communication. The editorial discourse has the unique attributes of relative independence, integration and tacitness. The editorial discourse of academic journals should focus on ＂what to say＂, adhere to academic nature, break the dilemma of aphasia, construct the platform of dialogue, and innovate the path of the generation of editorial discourse.
