摘要
在文献梳理基础上,构建女性编辑职业倦怠对工作嵌入影响的效应模型,探讨二者关系的中介作用和边界条件。利用Bootstrap方法对我国6个城市80所高校学报的176名女性编辑的调研数据进行多元回归分析。实证结果表明,职业倦怠对工作嵌入具有负向影响,主观幸福感在二者之间具有中介作用,主编责任型领导负向调节了职业倦怠对主观幸福感的影响。从理论上丰富了职业倦怠和责任型领导的研究,对高校学报的管理方法、员工心理健康和整体发展具有一定启示作用。
Based on the combing of literature, this paper constructs the effect model of job burnout on female job burnout, and explores the mediating effect and boundary condition. Using the Bootstrap method, the data of 176 female editors of 80 universities in 6 cities of China were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The empirical results show that job burnout has a negative impact on job embedding, subjective well-being has an intermediary role between the two, editor-in-charge negative adjustment of the negative job burnout on subjective well-being. The research enriches the researches on the job burnout and the responsible leadership in theory, which has some enlightenment to the management of university journals, employees' mental health and the whole development.
