代际差异视角下新生代农民工城镇住房保障研究

A Research on Urban Housing Security of New Generation Migrant Workers from the Perspective of Generational Differences

"以人为本"的新型城镇化建设背景下,以代际差异为研究视角,将新生代农民工视为最有可能实现市民化的群体,将城镇住房保障视为新生代农民工市民化的重要保障。以此,针对政策阙如、住房市场脱域与社会排斥等困境,建议制定针对性的住房保障政策、融入正规住房市场和规范非正规住房市场、提高社会认同并辅之以相关制度予以配套,从而为新生代农民工的市民化提供有效的住房保障,切实推动新型城镇化的健康和谐发展。

Under the background of ＂people-oriented＂ new urbanization construction, from the angle of generational differences, the new generation migrant workers are regarded as the group who is most likely to realize eitizenization and the urban housing security is regarded as an important guarantee for the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers. Thus, in view of the policy absence, the housing market off- region and social exclusion, the au- thors suggest formulating targeted housing security policies, integrating into the normal housing market and stand- ardizing the informal housing market, improving social identity and providing supporting measures of relevant system for the purpose of providing effective housing guarantee for the citizenization of the new generation migrant workers and promoting the healthy and harmonious development of new urbanization.
