摘要 实习是达到社会专业教育效果的手段之一。在行动研究方法的指导下,西藏民族大学与香港理工大学组织社会工作专业实习生开展了3次农村社会工作实践。在这3次社会工作实习教育中,实习生们反思自我在情景中的矛盾、困惑、冲突、迷茫等情绪,感受到自己的专业成长。通过与"人在情景中"理论的不断对话,认识到在实践的世界里实现"人在情景中"只是一种憧憬。藉此聚焦于实习过程中实习生的行动与改变,在实践与反思中寻找个人专业成长的脉络,并提升他们的专业水平。 This paper is based on three times of rural social work practice of professional social work interns, in response to concerns about social work practice education. During the internship, students reflect emotions of ego in situations, such as contradiction, confusion, conflict, and lost, and feel professional growth. Through continuous dialogues with the theory of "person-in-situation", they realized that in the practical world, realizing " person-in- situation" is a vision. This paper focuses on the students' action and change in the process of practice, trying to find the paths for personal professional development from practice and reflection, thus improving the professional level of interns.
