运动康复联合灸法治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期下肢功能障碍临床观察

Clinical observation of athletic rehabilitation and moxibustion therapy in patients with acute cerebral arterial thrombosis with lower limb dysfunction

目的在我国缺血性脑卒中临床治疗多以药物治疗为主,且病后多遗留肢体功能障碍,探讨有效治疗本病急性期伴下肢功能障碍的方案,具有重要临床意义。方法对缺血性脑卒中急性期伴下肢功能障碍患者,采用康复训练、灸法等治疗手段,依此分为康复组、灸法组、联合组,利用Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数ADL等评分,分析各组治疗12d后症状改善情况。结果联合组治疗12d后ADL评分为73.92±9.33,优于康复组64.43±11.75(P≤0.01),灸法组60.21±13.79(P≤0.01)。结论在本病急性期采用康复训练是安全有效的,加以灸法干预对下肢功能障碍改善具有良好疗效。

Objective In China, the clinical treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis is mainly medications, which may cause limb dysfunction. It is of great clinical value to explore the efficient treatment of acute cerebral arterial thrombosis with lower limb dysfunction. Methods Treatment methods including rehabilitation training,moxibustion therapy were applied to patients suffering from acute cerebral arterial thrombosis with lower limb dysfunction,and the patients were divided into differei^t groups according to different groups. Fugl-Meyer, Barthel index and ADL score were used to analyze the improving condition of rehabilitation training group and moxibustion therapy group. Result After treatment, ADL score of the joint group was 73. 92±9. 33, better than 64.43±11.75（p≤0.01） of the rehabilitation training group and 60.21±13.79（P≤0.01） of the moxibustion therapy group. Conclusion It is safe and efficient to adopt rehabilitation training during the acute period of this disease. Adding moxibustion therapy has a good curative effect on improving lower limbs dysfunction.
