小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫的疗效观察

The clinical treatment effect of a small dose of topiramate and oxcarbazepine combined to treat epilepsy in children

目的研究小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果。方法选取60例小儿癫痫患儿为研究对象,随机分为2组各30例,所有患儿给予奥卡西平治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用常规剂量托吡酯治疗,观察组加用小剂量托吡酯治疗,治疗6个月后,比较2组临床疗效、住院时间、不良反应发生率、癫痫发作次数。结果观察组总有效率96%,对照组为90%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间显著少于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,2组癫痫发作次数均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫临床疗效显著,可有效减少药物不良反应,缩短患儿住院治疗时间,是一种高效安全的治疗方案。

Objective To study the small dose of topiramate and oxcarbazepine combination for the clinical treatment of epilepsy effect in children. Methods From January in 2014 to July in 2016,60 cases of infantile epilepsy in children treated in our hospital were included in the study. Subjects were divided into two groups by the computer randomly grouping methods, with 30 cases in each group. They were treated with oxcarbazepine, on this basis, the control group were treated with routine close of topiramate, observation group was treated with low-dose topiramate, after 6 months of treatment, the clinical curative effect, occurrence time, adverse reaction rate, the number of seizures of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 96%, compared with the control group of 90%, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, hospitalization time of observation group were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, the adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. After 6 months of treatment, the seizures in the two groups of children were significantly reduced （P〈0. 05）, but had no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The use of small doses of topiramate and oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with epilepsy has significant clinical efficacy and can effectively reduce the adverse drug reaction and shorten the time of hospitalization in children. It is an efficient and safe treatment.
