脑卒中患者对H型高血压的认识与自我管理的相关性研究

Correlation between H hypertension awareness and self-management for stroke patients

目的探讨脑卒中患者对H型高血压的认识与自我管理的相关性。方法随机选取2015-01—2016-12常州市第一人民医院收治的100例脑卒中患者临床资料,根据自我管理行为、疾病知识知晓率调查问卷等方式分析脑卒中患者对H型高血压认识、自我管理的相关性。结果根据自我管理行为调查,脑卒中患者对H型高血压自我管理评分(59.85±18.83)分;根据疾病知识知晓率调查问卷,脑卒中患者自我管理评分(20.82±7.69)分;统计分析得出脑卒中患者对H型高血压认识与自我管理呈正相关;脑卒中患者加强对H型高血压知识,通过自我管理,定期监测对卒中先兆、卒中处理、控制与管理,都对患者自我行为管理产生重要的影响。结论通过加强对脑卒中H型高血压知识的管理,根据患者的知识水平和自我管理行为相关性,为患者实施有针对性的护理干预,可有效提高患者自我管理水平和自我管理能力,降低脑卒中发生率,促进患者及早康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the correlation between H hypertension awareness and self-management for the stroke patients. Methods The clinical materials of 100 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly screened, and the correlation between H hypertension awareness and self-management for the stroke patients were analyzed according to the methods such as questionnaires of self-management activities and disease knowledge awareness rates. Results According to the self-management activities investigation, the H hypertension self-management score for the stroke patients was （59.85 ± 18.83） points;according to the disease knowledge awareness questionnaires, the self-management score for the stroke patients was （20. 82±7.69） points; the statistics showed that there was positive correlation between the H hypertension awareness and self-management for the stroke patients;Strengthen the H-knowledge through self-management,regular monitoring of control and management in pre-stroke and stroke could have an important impact on patient self-behavior. Conclusion Strengthen the management of hypertension in stroke H of knowledge and targeted nursing intervention according to the patient＇s level of knowledge and self-management behaviors can improve self-management of the patients, can reduce the incidence of stroke, promote rehabilitation. This should be widely applied.
