摘要
长链非编码RNA（IncRNA）在多种疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。近年研究结果发现，IncRNAPVTl可能参与肿瘤性疾病及哮喘等炎症性疾病进展的生物学过程，且与多种肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移及预后密切相关，具有潜在的临床应用价值。该文就IncRNAPVTl在各个系统疾病中的作用及临床应用前景进行综述。
＂Long noncoding RNA（IncRNA） plays an im^i roleln ~e devdoPment and progression of many diseases. In recent years, many studies showed that IncRNA PVT1 may be involved in many biological processes of tumor, asthma and other inflammatory disease. It is closely related with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of various tumors. Thus, it has potential clinical value. This article reviews the roles and clinical applications of lncRNA PVT1 in various diseases.
