摘要 小泛素(smallubiquitin-related modifier,SUMO)是一种结构上与泛索相似的分子,作为一种重要的翻译后修饰,SUMO化修饰对蛋白质功能有广泛调节作用,包括调节蛋白间相互作用、蛋白转录活性、DNA损伤修复、基因稳定性调节及生物节律等。近年来,SUMO化修饰在肺脏中的作用逐渐被发现,SUMO通过与靶蛋白结合作用于肺,并与肺生物学功能和肺脏疾病有所关联。 Small ubiquifin-related modifier(SUMO) is a small molecule that is structurally similar to ubiquitin. SUMOylation has emerged as an important post-translational modification. It profoundly influences the function of proteins, including the regulation of protein-protein interaction, the activity of protein transcription, DNA damage repair, gene regulation and biological rhythm. In recent years, evidence suggests that the SUMOyla- tion plays crucial roles in lung. By binding to target proteins, SUMO is associated with pulmonary biological function and disease.
