Feasibility Analysis on Application of High-performance Self-compacting Concrete for Second Lining of Tunnels

针对隧道工程特点及二衬混凝土目前施工存在质量问题,详细分析了隧道二衬采用高性能自密实混凝土优势和必要性,从自密实混凝土的技术特点和配制技术途径来看,该材料及技术可以很好解决隧道二衬混凝土施工技术难题,并能极大提升二衬混凝土的耐久性和抗渗性,自密实混凝土在隧道工程中具有广阔的应用前景。

The advantages and necessity of high-performance self-compacting concrete adopted for second lining of channels is analyzed in this article in details based on the analysis on technical features and technological approaches for preparation of self-compacting concrete as well as features of tunneling works and current quality problems of second lining concrete. The self-compacting concrete can solve technical problems of the construction second lining concrete of tunnels in a favorable way, which also greatly improves the durability and anti-permeability of second lining concrete, providing references for popularization and application of self-compacting concrete in tunneling works.
