肺结核丸辅助治疗空洞型肺结核的回顾性分析研究

目的分析研究肺结核丸辅助抗结核固定剂量复合制剂治疗肺结核伴空洞患者的临床效果。方法采用病历对照研究方法调取2015年1月-2016年12月在中心结核门诊接受抗结核固定剂量复合制剂按标准化疗程序抗结核治疗,并辅以肺结核丸治疗肺结核伴空洞情况的患者全程治疗病历33例,为A组;并以同期33例仅使用抗结核固定剂量复合制剂抗结核治疗的肺结核伴空洞情况患者的治疗病历,为B组。对比分析两组患者全程治疗病历记录中的影像学资料、临床症状记录、痰菌培养结果。结果影像学统计,A组33例,有效31例(93.9%);B组33例,有效21例(63.6%);影像学结果 A组空洞缩小、闭合明显,优于B组(P=0.003<0.05)。临床症状统计,A组治疗结束时临床症状(咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、痰中带血、胸痛、气短等)消失,B组中有3例咳嗽、咯血伴胸痛,11例痰中带血伴胸痛。痰菌培养结果统计,两组患者中的痰菌阳性患者(A组,15例;B组,14例)在治疗期间均转阴。结论肺结核丸辅助抗结核固定剂量复合制剂治疗肺结核伴空洞情况的患者在促空洞缩小闭合、改善临床症状、改善中医证候等方面上有一定的疗效。

Objective Analyze tuberculosis pill assisted anti-tb fixed dose compound preparation for treatment of patients with hollow with tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective case control study methods obtaining between January2015 and December 2016 in our center tuberculosis outpatient fixed dose of compound preparation according to the standard received anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy program anti-tuberculosis treatment,along with tuberculosis pill treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with empty condition of patients in the treatment of 33 cases with all the way,as A group; And 33 cases with the same period only use anti-tb fixed dose compound preparation of anti-tuberculosis treatment the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with empty case records,for group B. Analysis of two groups of patients with the entire record of imaging data,clinical symptoms of the patient care,sputum culture results. Results Effective imaging,A group of 33 cases,31 cases（93. 9%）. Group B（33 cases marked effectiveness,21 cases（63. 6%）. Radiographic results group A cavity narrow,closed,obviously better than that of group B（P = 0. 003 0. 05）. Clinical symptoms,treatment group A at the end of the clinical symptoms,cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,blood in the sputum,chest pain,shortness of breath,etc.）,group B were 3 cases of cough,hemoptysis with chest pain,11 cases with blood in phlegm with chest pain. Culture results of sputum,sputum bacteria positive patients of two groups of patients（Group A,15 cases; Group B,14 cases） during treatment. Conclusions Tuberculosis pill assisted anti-tb fixed dose of compound preparation for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with empty condition in promoting the upward closed,the improvement of clinical symptoms,improving syndromes,etc,have certain curative effect.
