白血病患者围化疗期应用临床护理路径的意义研究

目的探讨白血病患者围化疗期应用临床护理路径的意义。方法研究对象为我院白血病患者60例,在2016年11月-2017年11月间入我院并接受化疗治疗,通过电脑随机的方式,平分为两组,即常规组与研究组,两组分别有30例。常规组在围化疗期行常规化护理措施,研究组围化疗期行常规护理的同时行临床护理路径。结果两组护理前的癌因性疲乏评分对比无差异意义(P>0.05);经过护理后,研究组癌因性疲乏评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分(生理功能、心理功能、环境以及社会功能)显著高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组第一周、第二周、第三周胃肠道反应发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在白血病患者接受化疗治疗期间,予以临床护理路径配合,可帮助患者减轻癌因性疲乏,促使其生活质量提高,且胃肠道反应较少,值得临床普及借鉴。

Objective To explore the significance of clinical nursing pathway in patients with leukemia during perichemotherapy. Methods Sixty patients with leukemia in our hospital were enrolled in our hospital from November2016 to November 2017,and were randomly divided into two groups： routine group and study group,with 30 cases in two groups. Routine nursing measures were performed in the conventional group during the perioperative period,and the clinical nursing path was performed at the same time during the perioperative period of the study group. Results The two groups before treatment of cancer-related fatigue score compared to no difference significance（ P 〈0. 05）; after treatment,the study group of cancer-related fatigue score was significantly lower than normal group（ P 〈0. 05）; the study group quality score of life（ physiological function,psychological function,social function and environment） was significantly higher than normal group（ P 〈0. 05） the first week of the study group; second weeks,third weeks of gastrointestinal reaction rate was significantly lower than normal group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions During the period of chemotherapy in leukemia patients,the combination of clinical nursing path can help patients to reduce cancer fatigue,improve their quality of life,and the gastrointestinal reaction is less,which is worthy of clinical popularization and reference.
