群组冷却塔风机优化节能控制系统的研究

摘要 针对冷却塔风机的运行现状,在研究分析冷却塔风机闭环变频节能控制原理的基础上,设计开发了一种冷却塔风机优化节能控制系统。采用S7-200系列PLC与变频器技术,实现了变频调速风机运行的闭环控制;与风机故障报警系统的有机结合,实现了风机的安全控制。经生产实践证明,该优化节能控制系统的工作性能稳定,节能效果良好,具有良好的推广应用价值。 View of the domestic status of cooling tower fan and the research and analysis of cooling tower fan closed loop based on the principle of variable frequency energy saving control, designed and developed a kind of cooling tower fan energy-saving control system optimization. The S7-200 series PLC and frequency converter technology, the combination of realizing the closed-loop control of frequency conversion fan operation; And the organic combination of the fan fault alarm system, realize the safety control of fan. Through production practice has proved that the optimization of energy saving control system work stable performance and energy saving effect is good, has the good application value.
