摘要
在轨期间,空间站里的微生物对于宇航员、空间站都有着不可逆、不可控的危害,所以需要对空间站微生物进行有效的监测,并根据检测结果进行风险控制和预防,确保符合在轨要求。本文介绍了国际空间站美国、俄罗斯舱段对空气、表面、水样中微生物监测手段以及目前使用的在轨的检测技术。并对我国空间站微生物监测提出了建议。
The microorganisms in the space station do the irreversible and uncontrollable damage to the astronauts and the space station. So it is necessary to make some effective monitor equipments and, risk control measurement due to the results in order to meet the on-orbit requirements. The paper introduces the major microbial monitoring techniques used by MIR station and international space station, such as microbial monitoring in air, on surfaces and in portable water and detection techniques used in current. In the end, some suggestions were made for the China's space station.
