摘要 L-色氨酸表达异常与多种疾病相关,我们建立一种方法检测尿液中色氨酸含量。首先通过SCX强阳离子交换剂对尿液进行前处理,回收率为78.2%,再利用埃利希氏反应对尿液色氨酸进行检测,采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定595nm处吸收值,在0-200μM范围内呈线性,线性相关系数达到0.9928。本研究实现了尿液中色氨酸的简单、快速、可视化检测。 The abnormal expression of L-tryptophan is associated with a variety of diseases. We have established a method to detect the content of tryptophan in urine. First, the pretreatment of urine was carried out through SCX strong cation exchanger. The recovery rate was 78.2%. Then the Ehrlich'S reaction was used to detect the tryptophan in urine. The absorption value of 595 nm was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. It was linear in the range of 0-200 μM, and the linear correlation coefficient reached 0.9928. The simple, rapid and visual detection of tryptophan in urine was realized.
