烃重组装置的生产运行分析

摘要 为弥补催化裂化汽油(催化汽油)加氢脱硫后造成的辛烷值损失,某石化公司利用烃重组装置,以催化汽油加氢脱硫装置生产的重汽油为原料,对重汽油进行溶剂抽提后得到芳烃油和化工轻油。生产运行结果表明,重汽油经溶剂抽提后,目的产品芳烃油中芳烃体积分数从24.05%提高至29.33%,研究法辛烷值RON从84.1提高至91.6,芳烃收率大于52%,芳烃油硫质量分数小于10μg/g,质量满足国Ⅴ汽油调合要求;化工轻油中芳烃体积分数从24.05%降低至2.80%,富含烷烃和烯烃,经下游柴油加氢装置加氢处理后可作为优良的乙烯裂解原料。烃重组装置的开工运行,为高辛烷值汽油组分的生产创造了良好的条件,可产生效益1 291万元/a,同时还可根据炼油化工效益测算结果,灵活选择装置多产芳烃油或化工轻油,实现效益最大化。 To remedy the octane loss of hydrogenated catalytic gasoline,the hydrocarbon reforming unit was used to produce aromatic oil and chemical light oil by solvent extraction with heavy gasoline from FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit as the feedstock in a petrochemical company. The production results showed that the volumetric fraction of aromatics was increased from 24. 05% to 29. 33%,RON was increased from84. 1 to 91. 6,the mass yield of aromatic oil was greater than 52. 0% and sulfur content was less than 10 μg/g in aromatic oil,the quality of aromatic oil can meet Guo Ⅴ gasoline specifications; The volume fraction of aromatics in chemical light oil was decreased from 24. 05% to 2. 80%,and the chemical light oil with high alkane and olefin can be used as high quality ethylene cracking feedstock by hydrogenation treatment using diesel oil hydrotreating unit. The start-up and running of hydrocarbon reforming unit provided good conditions for production of high octane number gasoline component,and the economic benefit was 12. 91 million Yuan( RMB) annually. Meanwhile,to maximize the benefit,the hydrocarbon reforming unit was used to produce more aromatic oil or chemical light oil according to the benefit calculation of oil refining and chemical unit.
