催化裂化原料加氢预处理后相关装置操作优化 被引量:3

Operation optimization for the relevant process units downstream of FCC feed pre-hydrotreatment

摘要 某石化公司将闲置的加氢裂化装置改造为催化裂化(FCC)原料加氢预处理装置。装置投运后,通过优化上下游关联装置操作条件,对国Ⅴ汽油生产、降低柴汽比、实现减压深拔均产生了积极的影响。FCC原料加氢预处理后,因精制蜡油残炭低,FCC装置再生床层温度下降36℃,再生剂碳的质量分数最高上升至0.12%,对操作及产品分布没有产生明显影响。FCC装置维持500℃的反应温度,剂油比由4.85提高至5.61,汽油、液态烃收率增加5.95百分点。FCC原料加氢预处理后,常减压装置按照减压深拔模式运行,减压炉出口温度提至430℃,总拔出率增加1.5百分点。通过优化汽油加氢装置工艺操作条件,生产满足国Ⅴ质量标准汽油时,FCC汽油加氢后辛烷值RON损失较蜡油加氢前总体减少了3.3单位。蜡油加氢处理装置掺炼直馏柴油,并随精制蜡油进催化裂化,可有效降低柴汽比。 An idle gas oil pre-hydrocracking unit has been revamped by a petrochemical company to provide feedstock for its FCC unit. After commissioning of the unit,the optimization of the operating conditions of the relevant process units up-stream and down-stream has a positive impact on producing gasoline meeting China national Guo Ⅴ standard,reducing diesel/gasoline ratio and realizing deep cut of VDU. After the hydrotreating of FCC feeds,the CCR of hydrotreated gas oil is lower,thus the regeneration temperature of FCC unit is lowered by 36 ℃,the carbon on the regenerated catalyst is increased to 0. 12%,which have no obvious influence on the operation and product distribution of FCC unit. The reaction temperature of FCC unit is maintained at 500 ℃,the catalyst to oil ratio is elevated from 4. 85 to 5. 61,the yields of gasoline and LPG are increased by 5. 95%. After the pre-hydrotreating of FCC feeds,the deep-cut operation is realized in atmospheric vacuum distillation unit,the outlet temperature of vacuum furnace rises to 430 ℃,and the total yield of products is increased by 1. 5%. By optimizing the GARDES 'operating conditions and when the gasoline meeting China national Guo Ⅴ standard is produced,the total loss of RON of the FCC gasoline after hydrotreating is lowered by 3. 3 units as compared with that before the hydrotreating. The blending straight-run diesel into the feedstock of gas oil pre-hydrotreating unit which enters the FCC unit together with hydrotreated gas oil will effectively reduce diesel/gasoline ratio.
