摘要
基于我国38所研究生院高校1729名学术型博士生的调查数据,探讨了学术型博士生抱负与科研能力之间的关系。结果发现,在博士生教育规模扩张及就业多元化的背景下,博士生的抱负呈现多元化、异质化的特征。自我承认和人际归属抱负、社群贡献抱负、社会认可抱负对三类科研能力均有显著的正影响,财务自足抱负对三类科研能力并无显著影响。自我承认和人际归属抱负、社群贡献抱负对三类科研能力的促进作用较大;社会认可抱负对构想与实践能力、专业表达与管理能力的提升促进作用较大,对前期准备能力的促进作用有限。
Based on a survey of 1729 doctoral candidates at 38 graduate schools in Chi- nese Universities, it explores the relationship between their aspiration and research ability. It finds that the doctoral candidates are diversity and heterogeneity in aspiration, with the ex- pansion of doctoral education and diversification of employment. Self-acceptance and affilia- tion aspiration, community contribution aspiration and social recognition aspiration are posi- tively related to research ability, while financial self-sufficiency aspiration shows no signifi- cant effect. Social recognition aspiration has relatively greater positive impact on conceptuali- zation and implementation capabilities, professional communication and management skills, while they have relatively limited positive impact on their abilities in the early preparation.
