普者黑景区仙人洞村社区参与旅游发展的研究

景区内社区居民参与旅游是目的地旅游得以可持续发展的重要途径之一。本文以云南省丘北县普者黑景区的仙人洞村为例,通过理论研究和实证调查,分析普者黑仙人洞村社区参与旅游所存在的问题,其中主要涉及到环境问题、管理问题、建筑外观整改以及利益分配等问题,并因地制宜针对仙人洞村存在的问题提出相应的解决对策,以期能对普者黑景区仙人洞村以及同类旅游景区的可持续发展提供借鉴。

This paper takes Yunnan province Qiubei County Puzhehei scenic Fairy Ca- ve Village as an example, through the theoretical research and empirical research, analysis of community participa- tion in tourism in Puzhehei Fairy Cave Village problems, which relate to the environment problem, management problems, the appearance of the building rectification and other issues, and to suit one~ measures to local condi- tions for the fairy cave village existence question proposed the corresponding solution countermeasures, with a view to Puzhehei scenic Fairy Cave Village and similar scenic spots to provide reference for the sustainable development.
