学习型组织模式推动共享德育实践之路

摘要 共享德育是发挥德育的外部性功能,它旨在提升大众的思想道德品质,促进人们精神文化的发展以及经济文化水平的发展。德育共享理念源自于马克思的社会理想,中国梦的实现之路以及个体的道德认知过程;在现实场域中,共享经济形式,共享模式投入机制以及个体的道德观念方面出现危机。因此,需要通过学习型组织的五项修炼,通过建立愿景来提升团队学习效率,改变自我中超越本我,系统思考中共建共享社会来提高大众的道德修养水平,以德育的共享理念提升人们的精神文化水平。 Sharing moral education is the external function of moral education aiming to enhance public' s ideological and moral qualities, promote the spiritual and cultural development as well as the economic and cultural development. The idea of moral education sharing originated from the social ideal of Marx, the road of realization of Chinese dream and the process of moral cognition of individuals. Crisis presented in the real field, sharing econom- ic forms, sharing mode investment mechanism and individual moral concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the learning efficiency of the team beyond the self, to build a shared through the establishment of a vision of learning organization, to change society in thinking system to improve the moral level of the public, to people' s morality by sharing the concept of moral education spiritual and cultural level of improvement.
