摘要
通过在小径管(外径不大于100mm)上加工垂直于管壁的直孔,使用超声相控阵检测仪对该类反射体进行检测,并对其反射规律进行了研究。结果发现:直孔的距离-波幅曲线与现行标准采用的横孔反射体特征曲线变化趋势相近,但表现出更好的适用性;所设计的直孔反射体能体现小径管中的声波反射特征。因而采用直孔作为参考反射体制作的检测灵敏度曲线更适用于小径管的超声相控阵检测,能获得更高的检测精度。
Through drilled straight hole across the wall of minor diameter pipe(the outer diameter is less than100 mm),tested ultrasonic signal of the straight hole by phased array ultrasonic testing technology,and studied the reflection rule.Experimental results show that the distance-amplitude curve of straight hole has similar variation tendency to the characteristic curve obtained from horizontal hole in national standard,but exhibits better applicability.The designed straight-hole is capable of revealing reflection character of minor diameter pipe.Hence,the sensitivity curve calibrated by the straight hole should provide high detection accuracy for the phased array ultrasonic testing of minor diameter pipe.
