“一带一路”背景下深化中国国际侦查协作的思考

Reflections on Deepening International Investigation Cooperation in China under the Background of "The Belt and Road"

"一带一路"的顺利建设需要高度融合的国际警务合作来保障,而与时俱进地深化国际侦查协作正是契合这一需求的理性选择。我国在以往的侦查协作实践中探索出了一系列具体协作机制,取得了一定成果,但同时所面临的现实困境也日渐突出,在一定程度上影响着国际侦查协作工作的纵深发展。针对这些现实困境,应从协作理念、法律体系、合作组织、情报交流、物质保障等方面深化侦查协作,助力"一带一路"建设。

The smooth construction of ＂The Belt and Road＂ should be guaranteed by international police cooperation which is formed by a high degree of integration, therefore, deepening international investigation cooperation is the rational choice to meet this demand by keeping pace with the times. China has explored some concrete cooperation mechanisms in the past practice of international investigation cooperation, and has achieved some achievements, but at the same time, the reality predicament has also become increasingly prominent, which to a certain extent, affects the further development of international investigation cooperation. In view of these predicaments, we should deepen international investigation cooperation from the perspectives of cooperation concept, legal system, cooperative organization, information exchange, material guarantee, and boost the building of ＂The Belt and Road＂.
