警务改革创新是个永恒的话题。改革永远在路上。河南警改主要体现在警务体制、机制改革和警务方法创新三个层级五个方面。河南警改后存在着机关化倾向等诸多问题,对这些问题应该一分为二,全面考察,科学分析。属于警务改革中存在的问题,要勇于纠正;不属于警务改革的问题,也要找出症结所在。对属于对改革认识不到位、改革不彻底的问题,要采取针对性措施予以完善提升。各地在警务改革过程中,可汲取河南警务改革的经验教训,避免类似的失误出现。

The reformation and innovation of policing affairs which is an eternal topic. Reformation is always on the way. The policing reformation in Henan Province is mainly reflected in three levels and five aspects of its policing system and mechanism reform and the innovation of policing method. There are many problems such as the orientation of police organs after the policing reformation in Henan Province, we should divide these problems into two parts, comprehensive investigation, and scientific analysis. If they are having problems in the policing reformation, we need bravely correct mistakes. If they are not having problems in the policing reformation, we also need to find the crux of the problems. If it belongs to the problems that the policing reformation is not in place, and not thorough, we need adopt specific measures to improve and enhance the problems. In the process of the policing reformation in China, we can learn from the experience and lessons of the policing reformation in Henan Province, so as to avoid similar mistakes.
