摘要
以钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、冰醋酸、硝酸和蒙脱土为原料,制备了新型钛改性蒙脱土吸附剂,确定了最佳的制备工艺条件:Ti:MMT=20mm01/‰柱撑过程中温度保持在80℃、微波功率采用100w、在80℃恒温烘箱中烘干24h。此条件下制备的吸附剂处理重金属铬废水效果最佳,重金属铬的去除率达到70%。同时利用了吸附动力学对吸附剂的吸附性能进行了探讨。结果表明,钛元素对蒙脱土的改性,扩大了蒙脱土的层间距,增大了蒙脱土的比表面积。提高了蒙脱土的热稳定性。因此钛改性蒙脱土吸附剂具有良好的稳定性和吸附性能。
With Tetrabutyl Titanate, Ethanol, Acetic Acid, Nitric Acid and Montmorillonite as raw materials, the study preparated a new Titanium modified Montmorillonite adsorbent, and concluded the best preparation conditions are that: the rate of Titanium and MMT is 20 mmol/g, the temperature of the pillared process is maintained at 80℃, the microwave power is 100W, the constant drying temperature is 80℃ and maintaining time is over 24h. Under this condition, the adsorbent effect of heavy metal chromium in waste water is the best and the removal rate of heavy metal Chromium can reach 70%. At the same time, the adsorption performance of adsorbent was discussed by adsorption kinetics. The results show that the modification of Montmorillonite with Titanium can enlarge the interlayer space of Montmorillonite, which can increase the specific surface area of Montmorillonite and improve the thermal stability of Montmorillonite. Therefore, Titanium modified Montmorillonite adsorbent has stability and adsorption properties.
