基于冷链物流的荔枝质量安全控制研究

Research on Quality and Safety Control of Lichi Based on Cold Chain Logistics

为构建荔枝质量安全控制指标体系,以哈尔滨市水果批发市场为主体,将荔枝采购到销售给消费者的整个冷链物流作为评价对象,应用层次分析法求得指标权重,在此基础上,用模糊综合评价方法计算该冷链物流下的荔枝质量安全控制水平。根据评价的结果,提出提升荔枝冷链物流质量安全控制水平的措施,以期为全面控制荔枝质量安全提供参考借鉴。

In order to build litchi quality safety control index system, fruit wholesale market of Harbin was chosen and the whole litchi cold chain logistics from harvest to sale was taken as evaluation objects, then index weight was obtained by using analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. On this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the quality and safety control level of litchi under cold chain logistics. According to the status of the evaluation, the measures of improving the quality and safety control level were proposed to provide reference for the overall control of litchi quality and safety.
