Angiojet Ultra应用于下肢深静脉血栓患者的护理体会

Nursing care of Angiojet Ultra for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities

目的总结下肢深静脉血栓患者应用Angiojet Ultra治疗的护理经验。方法 10例下肢深静脉血栓患者应用Angiojet Ultra取栓治疗后,给予个体化的预见性护理。结果 10例患者中2例出现皮下淤血,1例发生糖尿病肾病,1例出现血红蛋白尿,均经及时护理观察发现、积极给予处理,预后良好。结论 Angiojet Ultra应用于下肢深静脉血栓患者,创伤小,安全可靠,精心的护理观察是保障患者安全,促进患者早日康复的关键。

Objective Summary of nursing experience who had lower limb deep vein thrombosis were application of Angiojet Ultra treatment. Method 10 patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis were application of Angiojet Ultra for treating blood clots, who given individualized predictive nursing. Results 10 patients including 2 cases with subcutaneous ecchymosis, 1 case of diabetic kidney disease, 1 case of hemoglobinuria, all patients＇ prognosis through timely nursing observation and active treatment were good. Conclusion Angiojet Ultra applied to patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis had little trauma. Careful nursing observation is the key to ensure the safety of patients with foresight and promote recovery sooner.
