改良剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张合并浅静脉血栓的效果

Effect of improved stripping operation in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein combined with superficial venous thrombosis

目的研究改良剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张合并浅静脉血栓手术治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月营山县人民医院收治的94例大隐静脉曲张合并浅静脉血栓患者,采用随机数字表法的分组方式将入选患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。观察组患者采用改良剥脱术治疗,对照组患者采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合抽剥或分段切除术治疗。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于对照组,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的局部复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用改良剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张合并浅静脉血栓效果明显,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、不易复发等优势,有较高的临床推广价值。

objective To study the application of improved stripping technique in the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein combined with superficial venous thrombosis. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 94 patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein combined with superficial venous thrombosis were treated with improved stripping operation in Ying Shan people＇s hospital. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, each group had 47 patients. The patients in observation group were treated with improved stripping operation, and the patients in control group were treated with high saphenous vein high ligation combined with dissection or subsection resection. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in observation group were less than those in control group. The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The local recurrence rate was compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Improved stripping is obvious effect in the treatment of patients with great saphenous varicose vein combined with superficial venous thrombosis. It has the advantages of small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications and less recurrence. It has high clinical value.
