摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌术后出现下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的高危因素及发病机制。方法收集新疆医科大学第四附属医院2014年1月至2017年6月收治的32例腹腔镜结直肠癌术后2周内发生DVT患者的临床资料,并对照同期84例腹腔镜结直肠癌术后未发生DVT的患者进行对比分析,探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌术后DVT发生的高危因素。结果腹腔镜结直肠癌术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的原因与TNM分期、手术时间、术中失血、术后禁食水时间、卧床时间、术前合并症有密切关系。结论术前准备充分,手术操作技术熟练、围手术期DVT的危险性评估及有效的临床干预,能有效防止术后DVT的形成,促进患者术后快速康复。
Objective To study the laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the risk factors and pathogenesis. Methods The clinical data of DVT patients in 32 patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer were collected from January 2014 to June 2017 in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, and 84 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer DVT patients were not compared with the analysis of laparoscopic colorectal cancer after the occurrence of DVT risk factors. Results Laparoscopic colorectal cancer of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred after reason and TNM staging, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative fasting time water, time lying in bed, there is a close relationship between preoperative complications. Conclusions Preoperative preparation, surgical operation skilled, perioperative risk assessment of DVT, and effective clinical intervention, and can effectively prevent the formation of postoperative DVT, aims to promote the patients' rapid recovery.
