摘要 幼儿园教师文化具有与中小学教师文化不同的类型与特点,体现着以幼儿园教师为主体的文化存在。然而,在以往有关教师文化的研究中,关注点主要集中于中小学教师文化,并未对幼儿园教师文化及其特征进行探讨。其中,以"班级"为基本单位的"班级主义"教师文化即为幼儿园教师文化中的特殊表现。在现实中,班级教师的搭班形式是型塑"班级主义"教师文化的重要途径,良好的搭班形式有助于建立"三位一体"模式的班级内部合作的幼儿园教师文化。 Preschool teacher culture has different types and characteristics from that in primary and secondary school,which embodies the cultural existence of preschool teachers as the main body. However,the study of teacher culture before focuses on the teacher culture of primary and secondary school,and the preschool teacher culture and its characteristics are not discussed. The'class collective'teacher culture with the'class'as the basic unit is a special manifestation in preschool teacher culture. In reality,the cooperative mode between teachers in a class is an important approach to construct'class collective'teacher culture,and good cooperation between teachers contributes to the construction of 'three-in-one'preschool teacher culture.
