摘要
以MJ3210B车带锯机为研究对象,运用振动信号采集和分析软件对带锯条横向振动AE计值进行采集和分析,找出负载下带锯条不同状态下振动AE计值的变化规律。通过正交试验分析得出:对带锯条横向振动位移影响的显著因素为主轴转速、压砣重量、进料速度、上下锯卡高度等。试验表明:裂纹带锯条AE计值都大于完好带锯条横向振动AE计值,可以从带锯条的横向振动AE计值的变化规律来判断锯条是否产生裂纹、是否需要及时更换,在带锯条的各主要工作参数都调整到最合适的情况下,测定横向振动AE计值如果超过111.6d B(A)以上,则说明锯条已经产生至少一条裂纹长度超过1.68mm以上的裂纹缺陷,需要及时更换带锯条。
Abstact: In this paper, the MJ3210 B car sawing machine is used as the research object, and the vibration parameters of the band saw blade are collected and analyzed by using the vibration signal acquisition and analysis software to find out the variation AE value under different load conditions. Through the orthogonal test, it is concluded that the significant factors affecting the lateral vibration displacement of the band saw blade are the spindle speed, the weight of the weight, the feeding speed, the height of the upper and lower saws. The results show that the AE value of the crack band saw is greater than that of the AE value of the transversing band saw blade, and it is possible to judge whether the saw blade is cracked from the change of the AE value of the transverse vibration of the band saw blade. If the main operating parameters are adjusted to the most appropriate case, if the measured value of the transverse vibration AE exceeds 111.6 d B(A), it means that the saw blade has produced at least one crack defect with a crack length exceeding 1.68 mm.
