摘要
为了解精神型领导对大学生村官职业承诺与适应性绩效的影响效应与作用机制,采用问卷法对151名大学生村官进行调查,对收集的数据进行相关分析、回归分析,结果发现:(1)精神型领导与大学生村官的职业承诺、适应性绩效间存在显著正向相关关系,大学生村官的职业承诺与其适应性绩效间也存在显著正向相关关系;(2)精神型领导对大学生村官的职业承诺与适应性绩效有显著的正向影响作用;(3)职业承诺在精神型领导影响大学生村官适应性绩效的过程中起部分中介作用。
Based on a questionnaire survey of 151 "college student village officials", the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of spiritual leadership on college student village officials' occupational commitment and adaptive performance. The results show that: (1) spiritual leadership is positively associated with college student village officials' occupational commitment and adaptive performance; and college student village officials' occupational commitment is positively associated with their adaptive performance. (2) the regression analysis results suggest that spiritual leadership can significantly predict college student village officials' occupational commitment and adaptive performance. (3)the regression analysis results suggest that college student village officials' occupational commitment can significantly predict their adaptive performance. (4) occupational commitment plays a part mediation effect between spiritual leadership and college student village officials' adaptive performance.
