摘要
为构建砖红壤中热研5号柱花草与根瘤菌的高效共生体系,在花盆中以砖红壤为培养介质,将19个柱花草根瘤菌菌株分别接种到热研5号柱花草根部,通过株高、茎叶干重、茎叶含氮量、茎叶含磷量、固氮酶活性等指标综合确定热研5号柱花草—根瘤菌的高效共生体系。结果表明:砖红壤对高效共生体系有显著影响,与热研5号匹配的高效根瘤菌菌株为:BS1-1、RJ S9-2、LZ3-2及BS2-3;接种后不利于热研5号柱花草在砖红壤中生长的菌株为:DH3-1、RJS9-1、PS5-1、CM2、NX、FS3-1-1。
The Stylosanthes cultivar, ‘Reyan No.5' , was separately inoculated with nineteen rhizo- bial strains to establish its highly-effective symbiosis system in Iatosol. The plant height, dry weight, nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) content in shoots were investigated to determine the effective sym- biosis system. Comprehensive analysis showed that the strains BSI-1; RJS9-2, LZ3-2 and BS2-3 ex- hibited the highly efficient N fixation ability with Reyan No.5, while inoculation of DH3-1, RJS9-1, PS5-1, CM2, NX and FS3-1-1 were not good for the growth of Reyan No.5 in Iatosol.
