通过近几年本地下垫面特征差异与天气过程降雨量分布关系的研究，找出了强降雨落区与下垫面特征之间关系和对上级指导预报订正方法，经过实践证明，这些订正方法能有效提高了当地短时临近预报的准确率与服务效果。

Through the study on the relationship between the characteristics of the local underlying surface and the rainfall distribution in the weather process in recent years, this paper found out not only the relationship between heavyrainfall areas and the characteristics of the underlying surfacebut also a correction method for superior guidance forecast. The practice has proved that the correction method can effectively improve the local short-time forecast accuracy and service effectiveness.
