摘要 针对应用型人才工程实践能力的的培养模式,很多地方普通高校进行了大量的探索,也提出了很多培养模式;在"学中做""做中学"以及"做中思"的理念指导下,结合我校实际特点,此课题提出了以工程训练及学科竞赛为指导进行实践教学改革;通过建设开放式的学科竞赛创新实验室、组建学科竞赛教师指导团队、成立多学科竞赛团队等形式,提高大学生的专业素质、培养大学生的开拓创新意识。实践证明了通过学科竞赛等形式进行的教学模式的改革取得了良好的效果,既提高了学生的学习能力、工程实践能力和工程创新能力,同时也提高了相关指导教师的科研能力。 In view of the cultivation mode of engineering practical ability of applied talents, many colleges have carried out a great deal of exploration, and a lot of cultivation modes have been put forward.Under the guidance of the concept of "learn to do", "do to learn" and "do to think",the author, combined with the actual characteristics of our school, has proposed the reform of the practical teaching guided by engineering training and subject competition.Through the construction of open subject competition innovation laboratory,the establishment of subject competition teacher guidance team, the establishment of multi-subject competition team, professional quality of college students has been improved and the exploration and innovation awareness of college students have been cuhivated.The practice has proved that better result will be achieved through reform, which will not only improve the learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability of the students, but also improve the scientific research ability of relevant supervisors.
