饲粮中添加低聚木糖对妊娠后期母猪粪便及繁殖性能的影响

Effects of Xylo-oligosaccharides on the Feces and Reproductive Performance of Sows during Late Gestation

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加低聚木糖对妊娠后期母猪粪便和繁殖性能的影响。选用胎次、体况相近．健康状况良好的头胎妊娠90天左右的母猪100头。随机分为4个处理组（对照组和3个试验组），每组25个重复，每个重复1头母猪。对照组饲喂不合低聚木糖的妊娠后期母猪料．试验组分别饲喂含0.05％、0.07％、0．1％低聚木糖的妊娠后期母猪料。试验自妊娠90天开始至母猪分娩当天结束，试验为期30天。结果表明：饲粮中添加低聚木糖后，母猪排便通畅，粪形呈筒状，可堆积成形，这说明低聚木糖的添加缓解了妊娠母猪便秘的发生．饲粮中添加低聚木糖对缩短母猪产程、提高仔猪成活率、仔猪初生窝重及初生个体均重也有影响。

This study aims to study the effect of XOS on the feces and reproductive performance of Sows during late gestation. A total of 100 healthy sow of 90 days of pregnancy were includ- ed, and divided into 4 treatment group （control group and three test group） randomly, each group has 25 repeat, each repeat includes 1 sow, control group fed basal diet, experimental group were fed basal diet with 0.05%, 0.07% and 0.1% XOS. The test lasted for 30 days from 90 days of pregnancy to the day of the sow delivery. Results show that adding XOS, sow defecate unobstructed,the dung is tubular, and accumulation is formed. It shows that adding XOS in feed can shorten the production process of sow, increase the survival rate of piglets, improve the weight of the newborn piglets and increase the weight of the primary individual.
