永磁同步电机矢量控制实验系统调试及故障分析

摘要 以TI公司生产的DSP(TMS320F2812)芯片为控制核心,以CCS2.0为软件平台,利用功率逆变器及永磁同步电机,搭建了一套永磁同步电机矢量控制系统实验台并进行矢量控制系统实验。对实验中出现的软件启动及程序测试异常等故障进行了分析,针对开环及电流-速度双闭环实验中遇到的电机堵转等现象,给出了系统实验调试技术要点。实验结果表明:调试要点可行,调速效果良好。 Taking the DSP(TMS320F2812)chip produced by TI as the core of control, and taking CCS2.0 as the soft ware platform, a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system experiment platform was built by using power inverter and permanent magnet synchronous motor. The failure of software start up and abnormal program testing is analyzed. For the phenomenon of motor locked up in open loop and current speed double closed loop experiments, the key points of system experimental debugging are given. The experimental results show that the key points of the de- bugging are feasible and the effect of the soeed regulation is good.
