摘要
以三种职业者的体适能水平特征作为研究切入点,分析三者体适能水平的差异,通过分析明确了高等学校体育教育如何准确地服务于方向性人才培养的目标,提出在教学中开展与学生未来职业相对应的教学理念,即:以提升心肺功能为主,核心力量和对应的职业病防治与康复方法知识传授相融合的体育教育新模式,旨在为推动高等学校体育教学改革提供参考。
Selecting the physical fitness level of the three professions as a study point of entry, the paper analyzes the differ- ence in physical fitness among them. Through further research, this paper presents the aim how physical education precisely serves directional personal education, and proposes physical quality training and education according to the need of profes- sions ,i.e. the corresponding knowledge about the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases,and rehabilitation methods, which offer referential value to push the reformation of university physical education.
