Analysis of Laboratory Surveillance Results of Influenza in Dongcheng District in Beijing From 2016 to 2017

摘要 目的分析北京市东城区2016-2017年流感流行季实验室监测结果,为东城区流感疫情监测提供有价值的参考。方法将采集的流感样病例(ILI)咽拭子样本用实时荧光PCR进行流感病毒核酸检测,核酸阳性的样本同时接种到狗肾细胞(MDCK)和鸡胚中进行病毒分离培养,病毒分离后采用血凝实验(HA)和血抑实验(HI)判断病毒是否增殖并鉴定流感病毒的型别及效价。结果 2016-10/2017-03共检测样本1 080例,核酸阳性的样本为217例(核酸阳性率为20.09%),其中H3N2型154株、新甲型H1N1共63株。不同年龄组中≥60组阳性率最高(26.73%);细胞分离到流感病毒71株(阳性率6.57%),其中H3N2型39株、新甲型H1N1共32株。鸡胚分离到流感病毒15株,其中H3N2型0株、新甲型H1N1共15株。结论北京市东城区在2016-2017年流感流行季发病趋势平稳,主要是甲型流感病毒中H3N2亚型和新甲型H1N1。加强实验室监测对于本辖区内流感防控具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze laboratory surveillance results of influenza in Dongcheng District during the epidemic period of influenza from 2016 to 2017 so as to provide valuable information for control of influenza. Methods Using the real -time PCR, the throat swab specimens of influenza -like illness (ILI) were assayed for influenza virus nucleic acid. Nucleic acid positive specimens were inoculated to dog kidney cells (MDCK) and chicken embryos for virus isolation and culture. The hem agglutination (HA) test was used to identify the presence of virus and the hem agglutination inhibition (HI) was applied for subtypes and potency of influenza virus. Results From October 2016 to March 2017, 1 080 swab specimens were assayed, and 217 were nucleic acid positive, including 154 H3N2 strains and 63 new A H1N1 strains; the nucleic acid positive rate was 20.09%. The positive rate was the highest in the ~〉60 years group (26.73%). Seventy one influenza virus strains were isolated from cells (positive rate: 6.57% ), including 39 H3N2 strains and 32 new A H1N1 strains; 15 strains were isolated from chicken embryos, and all were new A H1N1 strains. Conclusion The influenza epidemic trend was relatively stable in Dongcheng District of Beijing during the 2016 -2017 period; main strains were type H3N2 and new type A H1N1 influenza virus. It is of great significance to enhance laboratory surveillance for the prevention and control of influenza in this area.
