2006-2017年仁寿县看守所在押人员艾滋病监测结果分析

Analysis of AIDS Surveillance Results Among Prisoners in Renshou County Detention House From 2006 to 2017

目的了解仁寿县看守所在押人员艾滋病感染状况,为预防控制羁押场所艾滋病提供依据。方法对2006-2017年仁寿县看守所5 163名新入所的在押人员进行艾滋病监测分析。结果 5 163名在押人员检出HIV抗体确证阳性22人,阳性率0.43%。22名感染者中男性占95.45%(21人),20~49岁占90.91%(20人),异性性传播占77.27%(17人)。结论仁寿县在押人员艾滋病感染率较高。应加强对在押人员的艾滋病监测和综合干预,减少社会安全危害,遏制艾滋病传播。

Objective To understand the status of AIDS infection among prisoners in Renshou County Detention House, and provide a basis for prevention and control of AIDS in the place of detention. Methods Surveillance results of AIDS among 5 163 prisoners in the new prison of Renshou County Detention House from 2006 to 2017 were analyzed. Results HIV antibody was detected from 22 of the 5 163 detainees, and the positive rate was 0.43% Among the 22 infected prisoners, males accounted for 95.45% （n = 21 ） ; people aged between 20 and 49 accounted for 90. 91% （n = 20）; and people infected by heterosexual transmission accounted for 77.27% （ n = 17 ）. Conclusion The rate of AIDS infection among prisoners in Renshou County is high. AIDS surveillance and comprehensive intervention of detainees should be strengthened to reduce the harm to social security and curb the spread of AIDS.
