GnRH激动剂对滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者卵泡计数及AMH、FSH水平的影响

Effects of GnRH Agonists on Follicle Count, AMH and FSH Levels on Patients with Trophoblastic Tumor Chemotherapy

目的观察GnRH激动剂对滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者卵泡计数、促卵泡激素（FSH）及抗苗勒氏管激素（AMH）水平的影响。方法选取本院2014年1月～2016年3月接受化疗的滋养细胞肿瘤患者60例，随机分为观察组及对照组（各30例）。两组人院后均接受化疗，观察组在化疗基础上加用GnRH激动剂，化疗结束后12个月检测并对比两组卵泡计数、FSH及AMH水平变化情况。结果两组治疗前卵泡计数、FSH及AMH水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗结束后12个月，观察组卵泡计数、FSH及AMH水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而对照组治疗后的卵泡计数、FSH及AMH水平与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论滋养细胞肿瘤患者在实施化疗基础上加用GnRH激动剂有利于减少因化疗带来的不良反应，对患者的卵巢储备功能有着显著的保护作用。

Objective To observe effects of GnRH agonists on follicle count, AMH and FSH levels on patients with trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy. Methods 60 patients who received trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Mar. 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. All patients received chemotherapy after admission. Patients in observation group were given GnRH agonists on the basis of chemotherapy. Follicle count, FSH and AMH levels were detected and compared between the two groups 12 months after chemotherapy. Results There was no significant difference on follicle count, FSH and AMH levels before treatment between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant difference on follicle count, FSH and AMH levels after treatment between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference on follicle count, FSH and AMH levels before treatment and 12 months after treatment in observation group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant difference on follicle count, FSH and AMH levels before and after treatment in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion GnRH agonists combined with chemotherapy on patients with trophoblastic tumor can reduce adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and have a significant protective effect on ovarian reserve function
