低频脉冲电治疗对运动发育迟缓高危患儿运动能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察低频脉冲电治疗对运动发育迟缓高危患儿运动能力的影响。方法将我院收治的166例运动发育迟缓高危患儿随机分为观察组(低频脉冲电治疗+运动训练)和对照组(运动训练)各83例。6个月后比较两组治疗前(110)及治疗1(T1)、3(T2)、6个月(B)时的精细运动、粗大运动、总体发育商(FMQ、GMQ、TMQ)的差异。结果治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率大于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组分别比较FMQ、GMQ、TMQ评分:110时差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);T1~T3评分比较,观察组各时点均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论低频脉冲电刺激联合运动训练可显著提高运动发育迟缓高危患儿治疗效果,显著改善患儿运动能力。 Objective To observe efficacy of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on high -risk children with motor retardation. Methods 166 high - risk children with motor retardation admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (low frequency impulse electrotherapy and motor training) and control group (motor training group) with 63 children in each group. Fine motor, gross exercise and total development quotient( FMQ, GMQ, TMQ) were compared before treatment (T0) , 1 month ( T1 ) , 3 months ( T2 ) and 6 months ( 33 ) after treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group after 6 months treatment(P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference on FMQ, GMQ and TMQ scores between the two groups at T0(P 〉0.05). FMQ, GMQ and TMQ scores were higher in observation group than those in control group at T1 - T3 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Low frequency impulse eleetrotherapy combined with motor training can significantly improve treatment effects on high - risk children with motor retardation and enhance children's motor ability.
