"Ti"(body), oriented towards the human communication practice, undertakes the theory disenchantment as its basic task. It helps to understand both the social experience and the knowledge venation at the birth of the communication theory from an internal culture holders' perspective. And it helps to analyze whether the theories and ideas that originated in Western societies and cultures can aid in our understanding, interpretation and prediction of non-Western societies. The core of the new body-function view is the problem consciousness, which is rooted in daily communication practice. It is to face the anxiety about communication. Look into our anxiety about communication; face up to realistic problems; create a process that allows mutual learning and thinking as well as exchanging ideas on communication theory issues; construct a space for communication theory discussion, in order to include more voices as well as wider and deeper agenda.
