考虑水流滞时影响的梯级水电站群短期优化调度研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对梯级水电站群短期统一优化调度中调度期水量不平衡问题,基于水量平衡原理提出了考虑水流滞时影响的梯级水电站群短期统一优化数学模型,将受水流滞时影响的调度期分为受前一调度期影响时段、本调度期影响时段和影响下一调度期时段3部分。在此基础上,采用基于POA的模型分块求解方法,选取大渡河瀑布沟及以下梯级水电站群开展实例研究。结果表明,采用的方法能够很好地克服水流滞时所带来的计算困难,较好的体现受水流滞时影响的调度期发电效益,简单实用,有较强的通用性。 To solve the problem of unbalance in water quantity during scheduling period of short-term unified optimal operation of cascade reservoirs, a short-term unified optimization model considering the influence of flow delay time is put forward. The scheduling period affected by the flow delay time is divided into three parts: the part affected by the previous scheduling period, the part affected by this scheduling period, and the part affecting the next scheduling period. On this basis, a block resolution method based on POA is adopted. A case study of Pubugou Hydropower Station and its following cascade hydropower stations in Dadu River is carried out for its validation. The results show that the proposed method can effectively deal with the difficulty of calculating caused by the flow delay time, and can better reflect the generation benefit of the scheduling period affected by flow delay time. The method is simple and practical.
