摘要
针对抽水蓄能电站与其他电源共同参与系统调峰调用顺序进行研究,在明确连续爬坡事件和单位调节容量成本等关键概念基础上,从调峰手段调用综合成本角度,提出了包括抽水蓄能电站在内的多种手段参与系统调峰的调用优化模型。算例验证表明,利用本文方法可有效实现对系统内多种调峰手段排序,同时也表明抽水蓄能电站调用顺序与系统电源结构有关。
For studying the calling sequence of pumped-storage power stations and other conventional power sources in participating peak regulation of power system, the concepts including continuous ramping events and unit adjustment capacity cost are cleared, and then a comprehensive cost optimization model for determining the adjustment order of different peak- regulating measures is proposed. The example calculation shows that the method can effectively realize the sorting of many kinds of peak-regulating measures in power system, and the calling order of pumped-storage power stations is necessary to combine with the specific conditions of power system.
