“景村融合”视角下传统村落更新的空间策略探索——以钟腾榜眼府文化景区概念规划设计为例

The Space Strategies for Renewal of Traditional Village from the Perspective of Landscape and Village Integrated: A Case of the Concept Planning of Zhongteng Bangyanfu Cultural Scenic Spot

传统村落的保护与发展是当今国内学术界与工程界共同关注的热点之一。基于"景村融合"的发展理念,钟腾榜眼府文化景区的建设目标旨在保护原有村落的基础上推动其良好的可持续性发展。本文在解读福建省漳州市钟腾村场所基础上,基于历史脉络、环境背景与旅游发展的背景思考,从文化传承、环境适应与功能更新三大路径入手,探索并总结了传统村落更新的可持续性空间规划策略。

The protection and development of traditional villages is one of hotspots focused by academic circles and engineering circles nowadays. From a perspective of landscape-village integration, the construction goal of Zhongteng Bangyanfu cultural scenic spot is to promote its sustainable development on the basis of the protection of original village. After interpretation of place of Zhongteng village, this article explores and summarizes sustainable space planning design strategies for renewal of traditional village from cultural inheritance, environmental adaptation and function renewal on the basis of thinking of historical vein, environmental background and social development.
